If we find that an other company has used one of our pictures without prior permission, they will be required to remove it and they will receive an invoice for £1000 payable within 7 days or face court action.
As our products are sourced from small, speciality producers and in most cases are produced to order especially for you, we may require some notice to dispatch goods.
We deliver 3 times per week including Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You can check the earliest available date as you add items to your basket.
Please note the delivery charge of £9.95 covers UK mainland only.
We regret we do not deliver to N.IRELAND/EIRE/CHANNEL ISLANDS/ISLES OF SCILLY/ISLE OF MAN/SCOTTISH ISLANDS at present. This is only because we can not guarantee the consistently of delivery service to these locations at present.
We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond the UK at present.
Orders are sent by overnight courier. We will always request that a parcel is 'left safe' if there is nobody in to sign for the goods. However this cannot be guaranteed and is at the discretion of the driver whether he/she feels it is safe to do so. If you are not at home it may not be possible to leave it, or to attempt delivery until the next working day. If you have particular delivery instructions or would not like your order to be left without a signature, please advise at the time of ordering.
Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours, it is also possible to send goods to a neighbour. Please note it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address.
It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order.
We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
Please note it is a requirement of the courier company that we must have the telephone number at the delivery address.
Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be despatched on the agreed date and could be delivered any time up until 6pm. Please note that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day, if your order has not arrived by 4pm then please call us and we will do our upmost to track the parcel and ascertain an estimated time of arrival. If you have provided an email address at the time of ordered then you should also receive a tracking email from our courier company which you can use to check progress.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought,Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of Moray Holdings Ltd.
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.
All products contain seafood, shellfish and fish.
Many of our suppliers are small-scale, independent producers; therefore all products are subject to availability. In the event of a product being temporarily unavailable, we will forward your main order, followed by the rest of your order as soon as possible or we will offer a credit to the same value. There will be no extra charge for this service. If, for reasons beyond our control, a product is unobtainable we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund as soon as possible.
